I’m looking for a short-term room from January th until June, preferably in areas like Zeventum/Kraainem city locations

Price : € monthly rent
€ charges (all included): water, gas, electricity, fast Wi-Fi etc

I am a responsible, tidy, and respectful person. I am used to shared living environments, always take good care of common spaces, and value clear communication and mutual respect. I do not smoke and lead a calm lifestyle. Unfortunately, as I do not live in Brussels, I am available only for online visits.
