Although, my zip code is in Santee, I am minutes away from central Mission Valley off Friars Road East. Furnished large bedroom. Parking for guests is available and parking is not a problem at all. The apartment is very large and everything is furnished including the bedroom. There is a nice size patio and you can have a lbit of storage in the outside closet. I also sunbathe in the patio all the time as it is very private. The apartment has washer and dryer. You will need to be put in the lease as well as pass a background check. The unit is on the ground floor and the parking spot is a right next door to the unit.
