One room Bungalow for rent on private property. One person or couple. Retired preferably. New mini-fridge, new microwave, new curtains. There is No stove, but a crock pot, toaster, electric skillet is allowed. Small dog allowed. Smoking outside. All utilities included, including Internet. Fire extinguisher and smoke detector on premises. Limited, express permission for pool during summer. No parties! Absolutely no drugs!!! We have dogs, and chickens and goats (behind fence).
