Roommate wanted in Eureka

We are a couple in our early twenties, we keep to ourselves and enjoy playing video games together, trying new recipes and watching movies together. 


We would prefer our roommate to be mature, kind, respectful, clean, and being communicative is very important to us as well.

One of our work schedules is late at night, (am) and we would prefer someone who would be respectful of the rest required to upkeep that schedule. 


The apartment is a bathroom with a balcony and is mostly furnished besides a dining table. The complex does not have an onsite laundry. Though there is a laundromat around the corner. There are 3 bus stops near the apartment complex all within a 5 minute walking distance, the apartment is also located within walking distance of downtown Eureka.
