Cozy furnished room for rent near shopping and restaurants. A friendly dog lives on the property but is kept in her own space. The house accommodates up to three people at a time, including the owner.
The room comes furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, mirror and dresser as well as closet, and tenants have access to the kitchen, laundry, and shared living spaces. There are three bathrooms in the home (one per tenant), though not inside the rooms.
Rent includes all utilities and Wifi. Located in a safe neighborhood with access to public transportation (about 1 mi, please see map under pics) shopping, gyms, and major highways. Ideal for a responsible tenant, student, or healthcare professional.
