I have a great room available for the right individual to join our family environment. Your private room can come either fully furnished with a brand new queen sized bed, bedding, dresser, and t.v. or you are welcome to fully furnish yourself it’s your choice. Very large closet with built in shelving for added convenience. We will share all other common areas including a fully furnished living room, kitchen, two bathrooms for added convenience and laundry room. Two car garage and fully enclosed back yard with wooden privacy fence. Newly built home and community. Located close to Walmart home office and Bentonville West High School area. This is a very clean home.
