Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at ULake Apartments, a student-friendly community located just minutes from USF in Tampa. For some background context, I am trying to move to Virginia with my boyfriend that currently lives there and was originally here for going to school at USF in person but I am switching over to doing school online!

You’ll need to submit a standard application through the leasing office for approval. Once approved, the lease transfer will be completed directly through them.

Also, this area has a Aldi, Target, CVS, and more on the same road and pretty much in walking distance. There is also a Publix on campus too that is awesome!
