Housing & Roommate for Early Spring

ISO housing and a female roommate - starting early Spring (I’m thinking mid-late March) when I will be selling my townhouse and separating from my ex. Flexible on what exactly this could look like, as this is my first time being in this type of situation. Hoping to stay in the $ range or under, if possible.
✨Looking for private bathroom and cat friendly (flexible lease preferred but not required, open to discussing).
✨Bonus points if you already have a kitty! I will not be bringing any of my own but I love cats and am used to always living with at least one.
🌙 Ideally looking to live no further than ish miles (or min) from Matthews, for work. I do have a good bit of furniture and household items that can either be utilized, or put into storage as needed.
🌙 I am , a kind, considerate person, and I prefer a clean, tidy, calm environment. I do not drink, smoke, etc. I am spiritual with a positive outlook on life and a growth mindset, pursuing a soft life while starting this new chapter.
