br 1 ba apartment is available at a horse farm. Laundry is on , not coin-op. Parking is included. Preferably no pets since there are already two cat residents (along with their year old mom), but I'd consider a low key dog that would leave the cats alone.

For the right candidate, there is also the potential for some part time work with the horses.
