Room opening up in my apartment!

Two bedroom apartment, room opening up beginning of the new year.
The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, and two full baths (you will have your own bathroom) located on the second floor. No elevators, will have to walk up stairs to get to the apartment. Pet friendly, I have two dogs currently, one is a larger breed. Very sweet dogs, gets along with other people and animals. I like to keep our shared living space maintained, clean and organized.
