I live in a two bedroom and two bathroom upstairs spacious apartment at Palafox Landing Apartments on the west side of Pensacola Florida along with my dog and two cats. I have a spare, furnished bedroom with a walk-in closet that I'm hoping to rent out. It comes with a private bathroom, all utilities including Wi-Fi. Some other amenities are a dishwasher, microwave, central heat/AC, and usage of my washer/dryer and tv.

I'm an easy-going, friendly, mature, responsible, artistic Christian woman. I'm hoping to find a roommate that is similar. Please know, an application, criminal background check and credit check would have to be completed before move-in with the manager of the apartment community.
