Three bedroom duplex, two bathrooms. square feet. fenced in backyard three blocks from the beach with beach access on the street in Ocean view. Can just move in and be month-to-month like I am because I have been here for so long or we can talk to the landlord about going on a long-term lease. Either one works with me. The $ total is the rent plus about what the utilities and Internet come out to a month split between two people sometimes it’s a little more but it’s usually right around there.
