Hello! I have a 4 bedroom town home with 2 rooms available in Marysville! a year old female with 2 small well trained dogs and a cat. I keep everything very clean and neat. I basically have all the necessities for common areas (couches, tvs, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, ect) you would just need things for your room. One room is an office/craft room, and the garage has a little chill area with couch, chairs, and a TV. Non-smoker, non-drinker but I am friendly (: theres plenty of parking, nice, quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbors.
