I have a bedroom available on January 1st. It’s a simple, comfortable room that fits a full bed, dresser, and a small desk. Nothing fancy, just a good, clean space that works well for someone who doesn’t need a huge bedroom.

You’d be sharing the hallway bathroom with one other person. Everyone here is respectful about keeping it clean and not leaving stuff everywhere.

Rent is $/month with all utilities included (electric, water, gas, Wi-Fi, trash, etc.), so there’s no extra bills to keep track of. The house has on- laundry, a large fenced-in yard, and driveway parking.

Overall, the house stays pretty quiet and laid-back. We just ask for someone who’s responsible, communicates when needed, and can be considerate with shared spaces.
