Looking for a roommate

I live in a two bedroom apartment and my current roommate is moving out in January, so I’m looking for someone to replace her on the lease. I’m , very laid back, clean and respectful and I have a very friendly cat. There is free parking and a washer and dryer in the building. I’m only looking for lgbt friendly people to move in. Everything is covered with rent besides electricity. Would be happy to give a video tour if needed. I’ll had more photos shortly!
