Roommate Preference
All identities welcome as long as the rent gets paid, the house stays clean, and you are nice to my cats. I’m preferably looking for a woman housemate but only because in my experience, they tend to be cleaner, more organized, and generally more attentive with pets. Also okay with a They/them, but only if you can make a good cup of coffee cause I heard you guys make killer coffee.

• Two-story layout: bedrooms/bath upstairs, living areas downstairs
• Furnished living room with TV & streaming services
• Fully equipped kitchen (all appliances + full kitchenware — no air fryers please)
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• Central heating (no A/C)
• Shoeless home — stays clean and tidy
• Small shared driveway (1 car per unit — we can alternate)
• Free, easy street parking available
• Tiny backyard — more decorative than functional

About Me
I’m Jovani (M) — a graduate student at St. Mary’s College, I slave away as an Operations Manager in Berkeley, and for fun and sanity I work as a volleyball coach in Oakland.
My girlfriend is moving out, she was in the other room, but she will be coming from to time to time to visit me. She might move in to my room in the future.
• Former college volleyball player at UC Davis
• I love volleyball, cycling (fixie/track bikes), video games, and hanging with my two indoor cats Marble & Duck
• I’m clean, organized, respectful, friendly, and usually out of the house working, studying, or coaching
• Weekends are packed with school and tournaments, so the place remains peaceful
• Alcohol friendly but don't offer me a drink because I'll say yes.

*Important Note*
Two indoor cats live here. They’re chill but this is definitely a cat household.
I’m hoping to find someone who is comfortable with animals.
