Has internet access, security camera system, and visits and small gathering is allow with permission, NO PARTIES.

SHARED SPACE: bathroom, full kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, cabinets, and refrigerator), living room, back yard, and long drive way for parking. To move in you need to give 1st month rent and deposit $.
