I have a furnished room that is available for rent you will have your own private side of the apt. There is a shared living room and kitchen.

The rent in total is $ (before it's split) you have to make 3x the rent, this is requested by the apt.

The light bill is around $ but can vary based on usage.

Laundry in-unit $

The apt is located on the 3rd floor.

There is a patio, parking, pool, hour gym, locked package room.

Across the street from a park and down the street from HEB. Yes this is in Plano.

I'm not a clean freak, but I try to maintain a level of cleanliness in kitchen I have my bad days.
