You have your own refrigerator/microwave and table included to have small kitchenette (hot plate, air fryer, etc). Sink is avail in main kitchen. Private and quiet. Month to Month lease but prefer someone to be here at least a year. Laundry on basement level. No pets no couples .

You have Street parking in front of the house. No cigs or smoking.
