Hello everyone — I have a bedroom available for sublease in a and a half bedroom house close to downtown. The third bedroom has been turned into an office so it will be just the two of us and my two dogs (sorry, no other pets). I am looking for a fellow professional woman close in age () who is also quiet and respectful. Rent is $/month plus utilities. House is furnished except the second bedroom.
