Room for rent to be occupied by
a female roommate. Home occupied by all women only. Please DO NOT send me a message saying “I’m a man, can I rent the room?” - I will not respond. Myself and another female
roommate currently occupy the home, there is 1 bathroom to be shared between all 3 occupants. There is limited parking in the winter, but street parking available in summer. We both work office jobs and are mostly home on the evenings and weekends. Currently there are no pets in the home, but we can discuss bringing in a pet.
