I’m looking for a furnished room in Clapham, ideally a short walk to Clapham North or Brixton tube.

About me:

• Starting a grad role as a Construction Project Manager in Jan

• Worked the past year in Manchester as a junior architect

• Sporty but also love a drink

• Clean, tidy and easygoing

• In the office 5 days a week

What I’m after:

• Budget: £ pcm inc. bills

• Move-in mid Dec / early Jan (flexible either side of Christmas)

• Longer term (6 months+)

• Sociable but respectful house vibe

• Furnished room

• Clapham area, walking distance to Clapham North or Brixton station
