Hey everyone! I’m looking to fill my room as soon as possible in our bath townhouse in Donelson. The lease runs through August 1st, so this is a great short-term option for anyone needing a comfortable, private space through the summer.

You’d be taking over your own bedroom and private bathroom on the bottom floor, with shared access to the kitchen, dining area, and living room. I also have a dresser and a bed that I can leave for you to use if you’d like — totally optional!

My roommate, Layla, lives upstairs — she’s incredibly sweet, easy to get along with, and has the most precious, friendly dog named Petra. Because Petra isn’t consistent with other animals, we can’t take additional dogs or cats.

Only minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Opry Mills,
minutes from the airport, and directly across from Two Rivers Park. You’re also just minutes from Kroger, Publix, Walgreens, local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Super convenient and quiet area.

A little about Layla: she’s in her s, works a , and is also a musician/actor. She loves gardening, rock climbing, cooking, yoga, songwriting, and a good irreverent comedy. Her fiancé doesn’t live here but visits often. She also owns the home, so there’s no rental company or management hassle.
