- Large wrap around porch overlooks a fenced in front yard and garden
- Deck is home to a 3 burner propane grill and leads to plenty of open space and some shade provided by avocado and citrus trees
- Detached garage and storage space available
- All living essentials such as plates, utensils, cooking ware, etc., are all provided and available for your use

Roommates are 3 clean, down-to-earth guys, who all get along great, have an open line of communication, and respect for our living space. One of us is a creative from NY, one works in entertainment and is from RI, and the other works in tech and is from WA.

Rent is $ per month plus utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet split evenly).
