Room available in huge ba apt

Looking for a new roomie! I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment. Huge living space and kitchen. Private backyard. I have a cat but he stays on my side of the apartment so you won’t really see him. I tend to spend most of the time in my room and would always give a heads up if I plan to have a guest in the common space. Like to keep things tidy and respectful.
