Room comes furnished if needed, no extra cost. Two closets and one wardrobe. Comes with an older (borrowed) AC if needed and one (borrowed) electric heater. The building is super warm, and comes with free gas heating throughout the entire building. Includes in building laundry, utilities are included in rent, and street parking is pretty reliable

Super close to the western bus, two nature preserves, a biking trail, and the neighborhood library. Strong preference for fellow college students/career driven folks looking for affordable housing.
