The condo is shared with 1 other occupied room.

For rent is an unfurnished master bedroom with a large walk in closet, and private bathroom with shower and tub.
The renter will have use/access to the kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer unit is in the building.

Rent does not include utilities and will be responsible for half of HOA, wifi/internet, and electric bills.
