This is a brand new house, with 4 spacious bedroom.
We are located 1 min away from the Sunrise highway ( min from Long Island Express highway (). Bills are not included. There is laundry available to use at the house for an extra fee. Let us know if you

About the roomies:
Preferably we welcome people with full time jobs.
You'll be sharing the house with myself and my fiancé and two more friends. Me and my friend, we are architects. My fiancé is an engineer but works as a project manager at the moment in a construction company. We are very excited to welcome new roommates, and value privacy, cleanliness, respect between each other. We also enjoy traveling and getting to know new people.
The address is oak Ave, Shirley, NY. Our current roommate is in the army. And he is willing to finish his lease early depending of his schedule.
