Hey, I’m moving out at the end of December and looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January to July .

Rent: £ a month (~£ a week)

Bills: about £ a month

Area: Helmsley Road, Heaton/Jesmond – good student area, close to Newcastle Uni and the metro

House: student share with friendly housemates, furnished room

Move-in: 1 January (around New Year is fine)

Contract: runs until July

It’s a solid, affordable spot in a great location, ideal for anyone coming to Newcastle for Semester 2 or a short-term stay. I can send photos or a short video if you’d like a better idea of the space.
