Hello! I got an internship for the Spring of and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting anytime until July, unless you’d like to renew, then you can stay longer! I live in a very spacious with only 3 other roommates. Rent is $ a month plus utilities. Bellamy has personal WiFi per unit, valet trash 5 days a week, free Starbucks coffee and other food in the clubhouse, a gym, pool, a tanning machine room, and a cozy outdoor hammock area. This complex is pet friendly with a dog waste area if needed. The unit comes with a furnished private bed and bath, that I clean weekly. If you’re willing to take over the lease ASAP, I will pay the move in fees and other expenses to help you out. :)
