Shared living room, bathroom Ideal roommate would use the kitchen minimally & picks up after themselves.
* Cleaning at home is very important for a good coexistence ( living room, bathroom, kitchen)
The building is just 2 block from the N/ station min ride to Midtown Manhattan. half block from supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gym, laundromats are a half block away , cafes, nearby movie theater, transportation option Steinway station 8 min walk. Seeking mature straight / gay friendly responsible, clean, gainfully employed person. Available for only ONE
person, with references verifiable and paperwork long term preferred. First and last month's to move in. Month to month agreement with day notice.

* It is very important that your work schedule is Full time and it is not allowed to work at home.
