• Smoking: Not allowed (I have a small child in the home)
• Pets: Not ideal if you have pets; we have a miniature schnauzer who doesn’t get along with other dogs
• Guests: Not allowed
• Storage: No storage available
• Looking for: Someone responsible, respectful, and clean who takes care of their space and common areas
