Garage parking is available at extra charge per month. There are are two other room mates who live 3rd floor. Second floor has the kitchen and living space. Laundry is on 3rd floor. The amenities in community are swimming pool, play area and walking trails. Keep the house and living area clean. Background check will be performed.
