Hey everyone! We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a fantastic -bathroom unfurnished apartment at Summit Place in Birmingham. (Entire apartment, moving due to work)
Details:
- Apartment Complex: Summit Place, Birmingham, AL
- Available: December - July
- Lease End Date: July
Financials:
- Rent: $ per month
Utilities (Paid by Resident):
- Electric (direct to provider)
- Water & Sewer (direct to provider)
- Internet (direct to provider)
- Flat fee for Trash: $/month
- Flat fee for Pest Control: $/month
Apartment & Community Features:
- Pet-Friendly: Yes! 🐾 Pets are allowed conditionally. There is a one-time $ pet fee (with breed restrictions).
- Amenities: Access to the two community pools, fitness center, dog park, and business center.
- Parking: Community parking is available. All vehicles must be registered with the office (limit 2 per licensed resident).
- Packages: Secure package locker system available (one-time $ registration fee).
Important Lease Takeover Info
This is a lease replacement, not an informal sublet. You must:
- Be approved by the property management company.
- Sign an official lease.
- Show proof of renter's insurance with a minimum of $ in personal liability coverage, as this is required by the lease. (We paid Assurant for a yearly coverage for )
