Hi, all!
I'm looking for a female subletter to take over my lease at Uncommon Boise.
November rent is already PAID and the room is ready for move in ASAP.

-The unit is a bed / 4 bath), private en suite (bathroom attached) room.
-This is student housing, but allows ANYONE to move in (I'm a full time worker who doesn't attend any schools).
-Rent is $ per month.
-Utilities are split between housemates and usually only runs about $ each month.
-The lease runs through July and can be renewed after that.
-The room is already cleaned up and ready to go, so you can move in ASAP!

-Is considerate (quiet during study / rest times)
-Likes animals (one of the housemates has a super sweet Vizsla named Copper)
