Hey there, my name is Kyle and I'm seeking a roommate in my home available immediately.

The room up for rent is unfurnished,
but the rest of the house is. The house includes Gigabit Fiber internet, a inch fourK Television in the living room (pictures attached), a kitchen outfitted with a dish washer, air fryer, coffee/latte maker, slow/pressure/rice cooker, etc.

The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. There is a washer and dryer. The home is minutes out from US One, and another couple minutes out from the Florida Turnpike. There are a handful of grocery stores and restaurants in the local area. Landscaping is included. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen and a second one in the garage and cabinet space so plenty of storage for your groceries. If you're a gamer that could benefit from a wired connection, that could be easily arranged as well.

I am the only one in this house currently, but come January, two tenants will be moving in. A twenty one year old woman named Nicole, my girlfriend, to stay in the master bedroom, and a twenty three year old man, to occupy the room next to this one. Your responsibilities as a roommate are as simple as it gets. Pay your rent on time, clean up after yourself, and be a nice person to be around. Utilities, water, trash pickup, etc are all included in your rent. I'm just looking for a friendly professional man or woman.

No drugs are allowed on the property, but drinking is okay. There will be one animal in the house as well, my three year old twenty Pomsky.
