Guests: occasional friends/family ok once trust is established, no couples or overnight partners unless approved.
Pet considered (dog) with deposit + pet fees can be discussed in person.

I’m a -year-old male, i work remotely in tech field, very recently relocated here. I enjoy the gym, outdoors, live music, movies, travel (5+ countries), and mixology former bartender fun fact. Extroverted but down-to-earth — I value good communication and respect in a roommate. Overall i'm easy to get along with and respectful back and generally a pretty fun person. I have lived with both male and female roomates in past haven't had any issues.
