Uni Student looking for roommate

My boyfriend stays with me and pays his part. I am hoping for a female roommate. It's the perfect area if you go to Sullivan or Bellarmine. It's most definitely better than a dorm lol.
I do have cats and small rodents as pets.
I can help furnish your room a bit if you need help. I have some extra dressers.
Water is included in the rent but we cover electric and internet. I will pay for the Internet if you can pay around half of the electric.
