My room mate turned out to be an alchoholic and has left me to pay for the apartment, need to replace him asap!
I have a bathroom apartment with an outdoor patio. You will get one bedroom all to yourself, the room with the bed, we will share the 3rd bedroom with the weights however we want, and an outdoor patio fenced in. I have laundry machines installed and paid for. I am very responsible with bills and maitenenace!
