This private bedroom offers a sliding closet, bright window overlooking the beautiful backyard, and a good size private / dedicated bathroom across the hall for you! This amazing space is part of a beautiful large ranch style, bath home located in the desirable, safe, and well established Greenwood Village area (S. Denver/ DTC). Gourmet kitchen, living room, sun room addition, 2 fireplaces, laundry room w/ new washer and Dryer, large professionally landscaped yard, covered concrete back patio with seating and a grill! LOTS OF space and great layout for everyone to spread out and enjoy!

The perfect gateway to the great outdoors, biking, hiking, the mountains, Old Town Littleton, Denver, DTC, Centennial, restaurants, shopping, concerts, sports & events, and much more!

House is only shared with two professional guys (a couple) and our friendly and hypoallegenic dog! You would be the 3rd person. I have enjoyed sharing my home with other awesome roommates who take care of the space as if it was your own home. We are professinals, easy going, clean & tidy, friendly/ social, and very respectful of all and each other! We are active and love doing all the fun Colorado stuff. Be great to have a similar roommate we can be friends with, but also don’t mind doing our own things and are respectful of each other’s space and quiet time! This is not a party house at all. Professional and drama free only. I have a cleaning lady come times a month to help as well.

Prefer someone who is not up way too early or way too late being noisy.
