Large kitchen and living room, sunroom, covered patio in a safe environment. Looking for great roommate to share the house with access to living areas.

I am years old, I do work from home full time during the day so I am here most of the time. I have 2 cats (outside during the day).
Internet with AT&T. No cable. I do not have a bed in the room at the moment but can provide if needed. My current roommate is moving out on January st so not available until February 1st but wanted to go ahead and start looking now for the right person.
