No drugs (including weeds), heavy drinking, or pets.

We are seeking a single person to rent this room. Only minutes driving from shops in Westwood Village. Excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien.

Room + Utility = $/month. First/Last payment required + $ refundable Deposit. Last month's rent can be paid within 2 months of moving in, depending on the tenant's credit and employment.
