Lease takeover: January

Hi, I'm graduating next semester and looking for someone to take over my lease. I'm moving out in mid-December, so you can move in in December.

This rental is a standard apartment on campus with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is fully equipped. The apartment is only a -minute walk from the campus and features a -hour gym, computer room, study room, hot tub and golf simulator. There are currently only three people living in the -person dormitory, female. They are both very quiet. I can offer some household items (including a scooter)

Wireless network and other facilities: included in the rent
Transfer fee: $ (I'm willing to pay)
Rent insurance: necessary, but only about $ per month
