We need a housemate

I have a house that we are looking to find a roommate for. Room is small but downstairs. No felons. Outside smoking. I have teens here and my boyfriend and I are needing to find someone to rent out one of our rooms. Washer/dryer/kitchen shared... there is only one bathroom but we manage. Big back yard and safe neighborhood. Right my children's hospital and Sanford. Asking for for utilities.
