Unfurnished room available in a spacious, furnished 2-bedroom second-floor apartment with a balcony overlooking a pond with serene wildlife.

Tentative move-in date after Christmas, but would need confirmation ideally before Thanksgiving. We can work out something more flexible if needed.

The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket, gym, quick food, and a gas station.

The laundry room is in another building that is a part of this complex.

The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly.

There’s only 1 parking space for the unit, so if we’re roommates and you see our space open, feel free to park there. There is enough space for street parking next to the complex.

The $ rent price includes splitting an internet bill + electric bill + the apartment rent . The electric bill is dynamic based on usage so it can fluctuate a bit throughout the year.

Gas and water are already included in the rent. I could be potentially slightly flexible on the rent split.
