Looking for a roommate

1 bedroom available. bathrooms, upstairs & downstairs with a backyard.
2 kittens are being raised here. Our crib has a music studio so there will be people frequently coming in throughout the day downstairs. We are a smoker friendly house. Looking for a roommate who would have no problem with music being played throughout the most nights. It’s 2 guys in total living here. One doesn’t be home a lot but the other does. Dm for any inquiries. Need a roommate in by the end of this month.
