Hello, my name is Kevin and I'm seeking either a room in/near downtown Dallas or someone to sign a lease with. I just got a job offer and am looking for something nearby. I'm years old and enjoy working out and reading. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going, reasonable, clean, communicative and considerate. As long as there's no loud noise late at night, we will very likely get along fine. That's the only thing I ask.
