I do NOT require a deposit and it's available on Dec 1st . Roommates will share cost of Cox Cable (wireless internet) and SDGE (gas/electric). Each Roommate will pay Fifty Dollars/month for Water/Trash. The common areas within the sixteen hundred SF pet-friendly split-level -full Bath Townhouse are as follows:
Entry Level - living room with fireplace, small patio off of living room,
2nd Floor - dining room, kitchen w/stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), small TV room, guest full bathroom,
3rd Floor - full bathroom serving the two bedrooms for rent,
Bottom Level - interior laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, motorcycle (only) parking in attached garage.
The townhouse has central air conditioning. The bedroom for rent is approx. -SF, has bamboo flooring, vaulted ceiling, pot lights, mirrored closet doors, and horizontal window blinds. The Daybreak La Mesa complex has a pool and hot tub and is landscaped. There will be no more than tyhree adults living within the unit including myself (Owner/Landlord) and no more than two adults will share the upstairs bathroom. There is also a 3rd full bathroom next to the kitchen. There is room for a motorcycle (only) parking in the attached garage. The townhouse is close to freeway access and only one exit away from SDSU. It is also close to local shopping/eateries, Lake Murray, Mission Trails Golf Course, Cowles Mountain/Mission Trails Trailhead, Grossmont Community College, and within walking distance to a Vons shopping center.
