This is a private second-floor room measuring . It includes your own private full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and ample storage space conveniently located next to your bedroom—no long or awkward walks required.

The home is currently occupied by two mid-twenties guys who are clean, respectful, and looking for a like-minded roommate. There is one dog in the home, so applicants must be comfortable with pets.

The lease is month-to-month to allow flexibility, though we strongly prefer someone interested in staying through April . Shorter stays will also be considered.
