Seeking roommate for spare bedroom

My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a room in a bath apartment in Oakland by the Caldecott tunnel, about two miles from the Rockridge Bart station, in August.

While the unit is pet friendly, additional pets will have to be discussed with roommates continuing the lease. Only inquiries from single occupants will be considered.

The room is on the main floor of the unit opening into the living room. It is approximately square feet with a large closet making it quite spacious. The unit has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher! The Washer and Dryer are located upstairs in the unit.

Price is $ plus monthly for utilities. The apartment is pet friendly and commuting is super easy from our location! (Right off of , an easy drive to , and ). We are less than minutes to UC Berkeley, miles to Mission street in SF ( minutes, traffic depending), minutes to Lake Merritt.

About the roommates-

Brianna (She/her) is a working professional that works standard hours, with a non standard work week schedule. She is very musical and into the arts, often performing in a few theater productions throughout the year. She cooks and loves to bake, so you will often have baked goods around the apartment.

Chip (They/Them) is a working professional that works a hybrid schedule in media and video production. They are down to earth and enjoy playing video games and watching their shows when not working. They have a cat named Piglet that roams the downstairs of the apartment.

Piglet (Miss/Ma’am) a year old Diva that enjoys food and relaxing. She will visit you in the kitchen and beg for food, especially if you are making chicken.
